The major benefits of off-site construction are the levels of consistency attained and minimal on-site erection and build times.

Of course this pre-supposes everything actually 'fits' when it turns up on site. Everyone's heard of instances where the windows or doors from one manufacturer don't quite fit the walls from another.

If manufacturing has been carried out to a bespoke specification, this can often mean delays of weeks, if not months, with accompanying stress and expense. To say nothing of the apportioning of blame.

This is one reason we believe our turnkey approach, where we're responsible for everything, is better. All the components of our buildings are meticulously manufactured to the architect's exact specification. Working closely in conjunction with selected specialists in doors, kitchens, etc., our primary German supplier co-ordinates all elements of the manufacturing process.

If there should be a problem at any stage - which is very rare - then we strive to resolve it with the minimum of fuss and the least possible delay. Precisely as you'd expect.
