The success of your project will ultimately depend on the accuracy of the planning & specification stages. We're not keen on surprises. Especially the kind which only crop up once there's a 35 ton crane on-site.
So once you commit to Form & Space, we'll go through everything very, very thoroughly. We'll listen. We'll advise. Make recommendations. And specify everything accordingly.
It's an elaborate process, and not one to be undertaken likely.
We don't think there should be any unwelcome surprises for our clients either, so we encourage you to ask questions (and we positively encourage our clients to be ambitious).
You'll know exactly what you're getting. You'll know exactly how much it will cost.
