A design and build project is a hugely complex process. Assembling and co-ordinating a team with the myriad requisite skills is, in itself, a major undertaking. No matter how much time you might initially consider allocating to your build, reality suggests you multiply it by a factor of three on a typical self-build project.

Which is why our approach is different. For us, there is no such thing as a 'typical' project. When you commission Form & Space, we meticulously project-manage the entire process, from our architect expressing your concept and aspirations to our precision off-site German manufacture and on-site build
